REVOLUSI! exhibition in Rijksmuseum brings to the central stage the unheard, personal experiences of journalists, military forces, artists, diplomats, politicians, and common civilians from diverse backgrounds during 1945 to 1949. REVOLUSI! presents 200 objects from museums and private collections, archival materials, and personal belongings from Indonesia, Australia, Belgium, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. The exhibition is curated by Harm Stevens, Marion Anker, Amir Sidharta, and Bonnie Triyana. It is also accompanied by public programs designed by CultureLab's Founder & CEO, Dr Sadiah Boonstra and Maria Rey-Lamslag.

Programs are also organized as a space to share different perspectives:

Talk show Revolusi!

Location: Pakhuis de Zwijger Amsterdam

A talk show with curators Revolusi!, Nancy Jouwe, Susan Legêne, Ronald Nijboer, David Van Reybrouck, DJ Sekan and Feba Sukmana. Presentation Griselda Molemans. In Dutch with English subtitles.

April 16: Revolusi and the Moluccans

Location: Assen, Drents Museum

May 22: Indonesian art and artists during the Revolution

Location: Maastricht, Bonnefanten Museum

Guests: Robin Block, Merapi Obermayer, Aminudin T.H. Siregar, Kerstin Winking.
